The Innovation Cluster's Private Sector Membership Program has been designed to provide opportunities to local and regional individuals, organizations, and companies to invest in the development of a regional knowledge-based economy.
The Private Sector Members are investing directly into the Innovation Cluster's business development and commercialization programming, ensuring productivity and capacity of meeting its mandate. In addition, the Private Sector Members are providing the Innovation Cluster with opportunities to leverage matching public sector funding into its programming activities.
The Private Sector Membership is a three tiered program:
- Lifetime Membership: individuals, organizations, or companies that contribute monetary support in excess of $75,000
- Founding Membership: individuals, organizations, or companies that invest $15,000 annually for three years
- Sustaining Membership: individuals, organizations, or companies that invest $5,000 annually for three years

By being an Innovation Cluster Member, you and/or your Company will experience:
- Opportunities for networking with professors, business leaders, investors and government personnel from the local, provincial and international level

- The evolution and development of businesses in the innovation sector with respect to consulting services, testing services, manufacturing of equipment, and related business opportunities
- Quarterly breakfast meetings providing networking, and informational presentations on evolving work areas
- Opportunities to tour research facilities, exploring research in development laboratories
- Quarterly communication reports providing an update on Cluster activities
- Ongoing invitations to all Cluster special or media events
