The Hands-ON workshops are created to support the growth of Peterborough and the Kawarthas’ entrepreneurs by providing expert advice, guidance and mentorship.
The importance of Crash Testing your business on Paper – Lessons that Covid-19 has taught us
This workshop is facilitated by Adam McInroy, Associate Consultant of IG Wealth Management.
During this workshop, Adam will help you understand that as business owners look to reopen their businesses and get back to the “new normal”, it is important to reflect on the lessons that Covid-19 has taught us and play through some “what if” scenario’s.
Many of us never thought it was possible for all of our businesses to be closed for an extended period of time with little or no source of business revenue, how critical certain employees are to the success of our businesses, or how emotions can impact a great business relationship with another shareholder.
- At this event we’ll discuss the importance of playing through several “what if” scenarios
- Steps that you can take to reduce the risk to your business in these scenario’s
- Why it is critical that you have a shareholder agreement and it is shared and reviewed with your Financial Planner
