Annoucing the Six Bears' Lair Entrepreneurial Competition Finalists

The six finalists for an annual entrepreneurial competition in Peterborough were announced yesterday!

The finalists will battle it out at the 2016 Bear’s Lair Entrepreneurial Competition, on April 26, for a chance to win $120,000 in prizes. Facing cross-examination, challenging questions and feedback from judges in front of a live audience, the finalists will be scored based on innovation, commercialization, diversification, business plan quality and the benefit to the local economy.

Chosen from 34 entries, the final six were divided into two categories: the innovation stream and the goods and services stream.
