For over 20 years, Sofie has been in the marketing world and is recognized as a digital marketing leader in various groups including; Economic Development, Chambers of Commerce, small business enterprise centers, fortune 500 companies and the online business community.Her practice is focused on digital marketing training for both small, large, local and international companies, and has been asked to appear on regional television shows to speak as the local expert providing updates on digital marketing as it impacts business practices of all sizes. She is also the author of the Your Social Marketing Strategy & Plans Books, Webinar & Video series.
Sofie holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and my Masters of Engineering in Information Systems from the University of Toronto. From 2002 to 2019 she created and delivered the “sold out” third-year class, Online Marketing Principles, at Trent University, with over 3000 students in the class in that time.

James Crandell – Chairman and Corporate Soul
Based on Balsam Lake, Ontario, James Crandell has been a management advisor for over thirty years, serving early and growth-stage companies in strategic planning. He now serves as a management coach to business leaders.
He is a frequent author and speaker on strategic planning and raising capital, a guest on radio and television programs, and a university lecturer. He wrote and co-produced a ten-week business television series in conjunction with the Public Broadcasting Service (“PBS”), which addressed the planning, financing, and merger and acquisition needs of growing companies.
