Peterborough Video Game Studio, Bloom Digital Media, Launches Later Daters Part 2

The award-winning, local, independent game studio, Bloom Digital Media, has officially released “Later Daters Part 2”, following its highly received game Later Daters that initially launched April 2020 on Steam, Itch.io and the Nintendo Switch. Users play as a newest resident at Ye OLDE retirement community and explore relationships, with the option to customize the character’s look, name, romance history, and gender.

Later Daters launched just days after Steam broke records in March with 20 million concurrent users due to a video game boom in result of the COVID-19 pandemic as more people stayed home. Between the quirky, one-of-a-kind storyline and a popular market, Later Daters received mass success and reviews including from Forbes, Nintendo Life, Nerdist and more.

Later Daters Part 2 features four new episodes, following the original three released in Part 1. The story continues to follow “flirting and dating across various intertwining stories and inclusive relationships. Be prepared for a healthy dose of drama as the newfound group of friends and lovers navigate relationship pitfalls, midnight rendez-vous, and even a bit of extraterrestrial action.”

Launching October 29 is:

Later Daters: Part 2: Available on Steam and Switch as a DLC expansion of Later Daters: Part 1.

Later Daters: Part 1 & 2 Bundle: Both editions are on sale for 40% off in the week following launch.
